John Ishmael is an Interior Designer with 15 years experience designing custom window treatments for individuals and design professionals.  He has as many years helping clients find the perfect fabric for reupholstering or slipcovering their favorite sofa or chair.  He can also design a custom design you a sectional, headboard and ottoman.

What is a Workroom?

A  Workroom is a place where all the magic happens.  When a designer wants to outfit a client with new drapes for their Master bedroom, they go to a workroom to have the drapes designed and fabricated.  It is also where the sofa gets reupholstered or slipcovered.  Blinds and window shades of all kinds are made in a workroom.  You can also have pillows, shams, bolsters, duvets, bedskirts, valences and swags made for your home.
